At time of booking, a $100 deposit is required. Full payment is required 30 days before tour start.
Prices featured in our website are not final until payment has been received by the travel service supplier selected for travel. Final payment from participants must be confirmed and validated by Central America Travel Concepts staff. In addition, pricing and availability may change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
In fairness to others and because of expenses incurred, cancellations will be charged according to the per person fees indicated below:
30 or more days prior to start of tour: $100;
29-8 days prior to start of tour: 50% of tour price;
8 Days or less: 100% of Tour Price

About Us
Party Costa Rica is a trade name used by Central America Travel Concepts, S.A. (Inc.) a travel and tour operator in Costa Rica. Central America Travel Concepts specializes in student and leisure travel through Central America with an emphasis on Costa Rica. Our multinational management team, with offices in San Jose Costa Rica and Miami, Fl, offers a combined 60 years of experience in creating new and exciting travel packages for international clients. Rooms
Double rooms in the hotels listed have two beds and private bath or shower. A limited number of single rooms are available. Double, Triple and Quadruple rooms are usually two beds; rollaway beds are sometimes available but not guaranteed. Changes in type the type of room due to cancellation by a roommate (a double changed to a single, a triple to a double, etc.) will result in a higher tour price for the remaining persons sharing the room.
You can request non-smoking rooms, but they are not guaranteed.
Transportation
Transportation is provided by modern air-conditioned buses, minibuses or vans, depending on the size of the group. There is no smoking allowed in the vehicles. Central America Travel Concepts is not responsible for loss or damage to your belongings and strongly recommends not traveling with expensive jewelry or other valuables.
Not Included
Prices do not include air travel, country entry or departure fees, airport porter fees, visas, phones, valet, all items of a personal nature and beverages and food not on the regular menu (all inclusive package)
Passports and Visa Requirements
Travel to Costa Rica requires a passport valid for 6 months after date of entry.
Non U.S. citizens, please check passport and visa requirements.
Final Documents
Before departure you will receive your travel documents, consisting vouchers, packing and travel tips, an itinerary and a contact list of hotel address and phone numbers.
Management and Responsibilities
The responsibility of Central America Travel Concepts is strictly organizing the components of the travel package; the tour participant agrees that maximum liquidated damages shall not exceed the tour price. Central America Travel Concepts is responsible only in the capacity of making arrangements for the tour services offered, including hotels, sightseeing, transportation (whether by motorcoach, boat, train, airplane or any other means), guides, porterage, and meals from various suppliers (collectively Suppliers). The itineraries shown are subject to revisions, including substitution of hotels, activities and routings. If a service is not provided, and Central America Travel Concepts is unable to substitute a service of similar value, Central America Travel Concepts' liability shall not exceed the actual cost of the services not provided. Central America Travel Concepts does not own or operate any of these Suppliers. The Suppliers are not agents, servants, employees or joint ventures of Central America Travel Concepts, but are Independent Contractors providing travel services to our clients as part of a package. Central America Travel Concepts is not liable for any damage, including personal injury, accident, personal loss or other expense, from any cause, act or omission by Suppliers or third parties. Tour participant agrees that by utilizing the travel services of Suppliers, that tour participant will look to Suppliers for any damages of any kind. Central America Travel Concepts is not responsible for any purchases made during the tour. Central America Travel Concepts is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment required during your tour, nor is Central America Travel Concepts responsible for the quality, or lack thereof, of medical care you may receive while on your tour. Central America Travel Concepts and/or its agents are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes or other conditions. Central America Travel Concepts is not liable for any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions of any travel agent or travel agency. Legal proceedings by or against Central America Travel Concepts may be instituted only within the country of Costa Rica, and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Central America Travel Concepts reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time before or during the actual operation of the tour. Central America Travel Concepts reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time. In case of a computer or human billing error, Central America Travel Concepts reserves the right to re-invoice with correct billing.
